This key role is crucial for the efficient operation of the plant, focusing on receipt of corn. Scale Operators interact with drivers in a courteous and professional manner to weigh loads and test corn quality. The position will operate computerized scales, grade incoming samples, analyze test data and maintain equipment. Scale Operators are expected to ensure accurate transactions and compliance with quality standards.
High School Diploma required. Prior experience with grain receiving and computerized scale systems is preferred. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks are crucial to this role. This is a full-time position with overtime required during fall harvest season.

Instrumentation/Electrician Technician This key position involves but is not limited to, conducting regular inspections and performing daily preventative maintenance, plant wide support for AC/DC electrical, electrical distribution, drives, breakers, transformers, PLC controls and completing work orders on the electronic CMMS system.
High School Diploma required. Three years of experience in maintaining electrical systems and Instruments and Controls in the field. Successful candidate should possess basic computer skills, have the ability to handle multiple tasks, and have excellent safety awareness. Knowledge of National Electric Code and NFPA-70b requirements are helpful, but not required. Key responsibilities will include maintenance and calibration of process instrumentation devices, electrical power distribution, monitoring devices, VFD drives, motors and ensuring a safe operational environment. Candidates should be proficient working with 120VAC to 480VAC, 4-20mA, and HART communications. Position requires the ability to read and understand P&ID drawings, schematic drawings, control loop drawings and PLC logic. This is a full time position working 7am to 5pm Monday - Friday, with a rotating on-call schedule.

Regular inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to equipment are expected. The role demands meticulous documentation of all maintenance activities. This is a full-time position working 7am to 5pm Monday - Friday, with a rotating on-call schedule.
