Little Sioux Processors LLC is offering Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles in addition to Modified Wet Distillers Grains with Solubles (approximately 52% moisture) product. It is importantant not to confuse the difference in feed values when you are comparing corn gluten to distillers grains. Distiller Grains are a medium-protein and high-energy ingredient consisting of a grain fraction and whole stillage from the yeast fermentation of grain to ethanol. It contains numerous nutritional qualities, valuable for a variety of animal species. For ruminants, this palatable, low-starch product offers a high level of bypass protein, B vitamins, phosphorus, and highly digestible fiber.
